The site

Everything on this site is general information about how small businesses can use AI. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice. Industry pages that touch regulated work say so and point you to your own professional.

We try to keep the site accurate and current. Tools, prices and capabilities in the AI world change monthly; where a page mentions a cost or a capability, treat it as a snapshot, not a quote.

The free 15-minute call

The free 15-minute call is a conversation offered at no charge, by phone, text or screen share, subject to scheduling. You tell us your biggest headache; if we can solve it with a custom solution, we scope it and quote a custom price in writing. You are under no obligation, and either side can decline to continue. Any paid work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.

During the call and any scoping we may see confidential information about your business. We keep it confidential and use it only to prepare your custom solution.

Liability

We provide the site and the free call as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on general information from this site. For the paid engagements that may follow, liability is set out in that written agreement.
